Training & Coaching
Much like a new hire, your Digital Coworker will be trained to understand your documents, systems, data, workflow, business logic and exception handling.
Your human workers will also be trained on coaching, interacting and managing your new Digital Coworker
Once your new Digital Coworker is up and running we can enhance its capabilities through a range of extended services – such as clearinghouse services, document scoring & QA services, reporting & management - to name a few.

Key Responsibilities
Schedule patient appointments
Assist patients with registration and check-in procedures
Data entry of patient demographics and billing information
Collect and update data in the case system to open / document cases
Verify of insurance coverage, eligibility and collect/post payments to patient accounts
Notify the supervisor of any patient issues in a timely manner
Provide initial customer contact for incoming emails and web-based enquiries and determine best course of action
Support new hire onboarding and resource allocation
Key Skills
Attention to detail
High-level of numeracy and an understanding of financial processes
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks appropriately
Knowledge of medical/healthcare and insurance terminology
Comfortable navigating and utilizing electronic medical records and computer programs
