Training & Coaching
Much like a new hire, your Digital Coworker will be trained to understand your documents, systems, data, workflow, business logic and exception handling.
Your human workers will also be trained on coaching, interacting and managing your new Digital Coworker
Once your new Digital Coworker is up and running we can enhance its capabilities through a range of extended services – such as clearinghouse services, document scoring & QA services, reporting & management - to name a few.
Claire offers an estimated Human Equivalent of 2 to 3 fully-loaded people
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with the compilation of operating budgets, financial statements and reports
Processing requisition and other business forms, checking account balances and approving purchases
Managing account records, issuing invoices and handling payments
Notifying internal departments around any accounting discrepancies
Analyzing financial data and assisting with audits, reviews and tax preparations
Updating financial spreadsheets and reports with the latest available data
Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
Providing assistance with payroll administration
Keeping records and maintaining key financial processes
